Why affects the end of Mass Effect 3?

A couple of days ago I undertook the task of trying to understand why the vast majority of fans are affected by the end of Mass Effect 3. The truth is, the end, did not bother me (I know, I'm a phenomenon) I even found an interesting strategy. Do not get me wrong, I also asked a number of things, or events, that are listed at the end, but overall I think it's great that the end is incomplete and has moments of doubt, and that invites you to ask yourself and form your own ending.

But that was not my point. After watching several videos with different endings, I realized that the last scene leaves the feeling of pain and emptiness to most viewers.

If anyone during their childhood, saw the cartoon Pinky and the Brain, remember an episode in which Brain wants to master the emotions of Pinky dare touching movie scenes. In the end, until he succumbs to the tragedy of The Lion King (in a version tiger).

At the time Pinky gives a description of what happened: "No one stands up to a extremely manipulative artifice with passionate music ... except Swarzeneger"

That is the formula used by Bioware for the end of Mass Effect 3 that affects the fans. The events shown are another story, but also go together.

I've already said a thousand times and I do it again: Do not see the end as a wall, but as a gateway to thousands of possibilities.
