Pretty much everything in Mass Effect 3 for me.  The opening piece with the child and the Reaper is genius in particular however.

My favorite song is the one that plays just as the Normandy leaves Earth at the beginning of ME3. The melancholy tone of the song along with seeing the shuttle the little kid escapes in being destroyed makes this the most tear jerking song in all of the ME series IMO.  Plus I'm a fan of Clint Mansell'.
