The partially clad body of a young pregnant woman between the ages of 19-25 was discovered in the Yamuna river near the Vikas Marg bridge around 8AM on 10/23/2158. Autopsy found alcohol in her stomach and strangulation ligature marks around her neck. No water was found in her lungs leading investigators to believe the victim was killed and her body dumped in the river. She was found half nude, wearing a man's white business shirt. Evidence showed she had engaged in sexual activity before death, however DNA testing did not identify the man involved. Investigators say the fetus was within the first trimester and a paternity test did not identify a father. Investigators say that the man she had sexual relations with prior to death was not the father. Physical evidence showed that she had given birth in the past. If the child is alive or how old child is unknown. According to investigators, she showed characteristics of being of the lower class but overall was healthy with no sign of disease. A national comparison of her fingerprints and DNA have not aided in her identification.

Security Guard: Hey! What are you kids doing in here!

( The unidentified teenager runs. Shanti tries to grab the bag of ammo and trips. The security guard grabs her)
S: Fuck! Get off!
SG: You're not going anywhere.
UT: Let her go or I'm going to...
S: Don't!
(There is an explosion off screen. Surveillance camera is offline for 20 seconds. Upon returning online image is clouded. Initial coughing is heard)
S: That was....that was eezo dust you stupid fucker you've killed!
UT: Sorry...I...
SG: Just cover your mouths and follow me.
S: Get your hands off me!
(The security guard is heard screaming. Cloudy screen becomes light blue. Surveillance camera goes permanently offline.)

Myself and Officer Robert Power, #2700, responded to a call of armed theft in progress at the Electric Buy Department Store on Market Street. When we arrived suspects were leaving on foot. We identified them as two males and one female, all dressed in dark, baggy clothing. The female suspect was carrying a large, heavy black backpack and the male suspects were armed. Male Suspect A fired three rounds at us before they ran. Power fired two rounds in return, hitting the male suspect in the right leg. Power went to assist the suspect while calling for backup and an ambulance. I pursued the other suspects.
They tried to split up about a block ahead, I lost sight of the Male Suspect B and continued pursuit of the female. She dumped the backpack in an open dumpster and went down a dead end alleyway were she attempted to climb a brick wall. Cornered and at my orders she surrendered. I gave her, her rights and radioed my location for a female officer to search the suspect. Female suspect refused to reveal her name. Officers Michelle Rodriguez, #5679 and Henry Quinn, #4890 joined me. Rodriguez preformed the pat down. She found cigarettes, a pocket knife with a 3 inch long blade, and two Rooter Omni tools suspected to have been stolen from the department store . We recovered the backpack from the dumpster that included more various brand Omni tools, electronic parts, and an illegally modified pistol. All of which the suspect denied being hers. There was no identification found on her person or in the backpack.
Suspect continued to refuse to reveal her identity and became verbally hostile. Electronic fingerprint check did not aid in identifying her. We took her back to the department store where the store security positively identified her as one of the suspects involved. At this point the female suspect became quiet and refused to speak. Myself and Power took custody of the female suspect. On the drive to the station, female suspect revealed her name to be Patricia Shepard. False Passport was found under this name. Real name yet to be determined.

Dr. Gorski: Have you made up your mind?
Rylie: Yeah...
DG: That didn't sound very enthusiastic.
R: Well the part where my brain is going to be cut open isn't very exciting.
DG: So you will be joining the Alliance after all.
R: Yeah, yeah. I thought it would be cool. Get to travel all over the galaxy. Kick a bunch of alien asses, what are those skull face guys called again?
DG: Turians, and watch your language.
R: Yeah. Smear their...butts all over the stars and, and, and show those scaly blue sluuu uh chicks.... how a real woman handle things.
DG: They are our allies, I doubt you'd be confronting them like that.
R: Like that's going to last very long. By the time I'm done with my training, someone will start some war and I'll be there to show them who's boss. Smash their skulls in with my biotics.
DG: When I offered for you to join the Alliance, it was because I wanted to offer you a chance at something else with your life besides violence.
R: Being a soldier is kind of on the violent side, don't you think?
DG: Yes. Being a soldier you will be trained to fight. It's just something slightly more honorable and can actually support peace. You'll be protecting, serving, and representing the human race as a whole.
R: Oh please. What's the point if I don't get to kick some alien's ass.
DG: Rylie.
R: Sorry, butts.
DG: Do you remember when you first came here and you got into that fight with Jennifer?
R: What about it?
DG: And you two are good friends now. Correct?
R: We are.
DG: Well don't you regret what you did back then?
R: We were talking about that. We could have been best friends from the start. I don't know why we beat each other up like that. Jen can't explain it either. Just this...instant hate we had from a couple of bad looks I think.
DG: Now with that knowledge you have, why do you think your response to aliens should be violent?
R: There... there just different.
DG: And who is not different? You illegally migrated all the way here from India. Culture, language, wasn't that all alien for you?
R: Well what do you expect me to want to do? Fuck one of their green cocks?
DG: Language Rylie.
R: Fine, do you expect me to have disgusting sex with a green man or something? There are green ones right?
DG: I'm not suggesting that at all. I expect you to naturally take pride in the human race. You just should look at the alien races as your potential allies, not potential enemies. Just like with Jennifer. I've told you many times, violence isn't the best answer. It's a big galaxy and we can all share it peacefully.
R: That sounds lame as hell man.
DG: Lame but true. The first thing you said was that it sounded cool to travel through space. As a soldier you will be traveling far, exploring new worlds, helping colonies. I think you should focus on that part of the Alliance. Not that you will get to carry an assault rifle, will get to harness biotic powers, and get to kill things. Your focus should be on the fact you are a part of the early groups of human beings to connect us to the greater galaxy. You will be a part of history.
R: Sure. I see it now. Rylie Shepard at the bottom of some old, stupid doc listing the group of soldiers that kicked up some dirt on a dead rock somewhere.
DG: You probably won't reach the sort of fame where everyone knows your name. That part doesn't matter. There will be decedents who will have better lives thanks to your work, whether they realize it or not. You will be doing something remarkable and adventurous, fame will not matter.
R: That's...part of what I was thinking about. It will be more than what I have been doing. If I don't do this I'll be deported back to India, I'll end up starving on the streets again. I won't be able to find a job, I have no education but being in a gang. I'll probably get arrested for something worse. I'll be an adult by then and go straight to prison.
DG: And you don't want that.
R: I want to join the Alliance and do something. My life has been so worthless and I've been trying to figure out how to make it better. Joining the gangs worked out at first, I thought I'd make a name for myself in the gangs. I'm only digging myself a deeper hole. Sorry but I'm sick of this shit life.
DG: I'll accept the swear this one time now that you sound more confident about joining the Alliance. I have the documents right here. All you have to do is sign them. Agree to the implant surgery and agree to join the Alliance. I'll submit the information to the judge, it's genuine proof along with your grades and your good behavior that you want to change. You'll be off to one of the Alliance's biotic boot camps by the end of the month. I'm sure of it.

Head: Shallow laceration running diagonally from the right eyebrow, across the nose, and to the left cheek. Bruising on the left half of the face. Minor concussion but no bone fracture.
Torso: Plasma bullet laceration on the left hip, from the front. Acid burn on the mid-upper-back. Large ligature mark below the breasts and across the stomach. Abrasions run from the upper chest to the pelvic region. Multiple hairline fractures to the rib cage. Internal organ damage minimal.
Limbs: Acid burns on the right tricep and elbow. Humerus fracture on the left arm. Acid burns on the right thigh. Severe bruising and abrasions on the shins and knees of both legs. No fractures to the bones of the legs. Ligature mark around the right ankle.
Medication Prescribed: Vicodin, topical Medi-Gel for acid burns.
Additional Notes: Patient reported plasma wound was from friendly fire. She also reported vomiting once she got the shuttle off world however I believe this is due to extreme stress she experienced. Patient otherwise shows no signs of illness, physical or mental as of right now.

I want to tell you bout Scraps. I keep my promiase to care for her. She is doing very good. I brush her pretty grey hare every day and clean her stink box and feed her fish snacks. She still gets very scarred at big noises and hides in the closit but I give her cuddles and she purrs. She purrs real load! Lick a truck! I tell her every day the maw monstors won't come to my hose. She miss you very very much. Thank you for proteck her and letting me have her thogh I know you want to keep her. Tell daddy I say hi and I love him and mommy loves him. Proteck daddy too please.
